Indicators for heating, timer and alarm. Exhaust air flap is dial adjustable from 0 to 100% for chamber venting. Fan chamber convection variable from 0% to 100%. Fan convection improves temperature uniformity and heating recovery time. Door, lockable with 2 point door engagement for an even seal. Left hand side of the oven features a 35mm diameter access port, with perforated flap cover, to reduce heat loss when used with external probes.

Notes

Before ordering please check the room or building access where this unit will be installed and electrical power requirements. Temperature fluctuation measurements are based on temperature readings on the shelf in centre of the chamber. Drying ovens up to 112 litres are stackable. Do not place in direct sunlight or near a heat or cold source. Allow a 100mm air gap away from the wall at rear. Ensure there is a minimum 300mm air gap from top of the unit to ceiling.

Factory Calibration 1 Point

1. Factory calibration record.

2. The completed calibration record will be enclosed at the rear of the instruction book accompanying the Clifton unit carrying the following information:

  • Unique record number for traceability.
  • Serial number of the unit.
  • Instrument it was checked against.
  • Calibration temperature and actual sensitivity results.

3. The measurement of uncertainty ±0.8°C. Ambient temperature 21°C ±3°C.

Notes:

A. The calibration record provides a measurement of precision about set point with maximum and minimum sensitivity readings obtained. Precision is defined as “(1) The ability of a measurement to be consistently reproduced” and “(2) The number of significant digits to which a value has been reliably measured”.

B. The calibration record does not provide or assures any form of accuracy. Accuracy is defined as “the ability of a measurement to match the actual value of the quantity being measured”.
